Centre's director speaks at House of Commons event

The Centre's director, Richard Garside, is speaking at People's Parliament event on Tuesday, 8 July on what a future without the police might look like. The event, organised by Strike Magazine, will be taking place in Committee Room 9, between 7.00 and 8.30 pm.
Joining Richard on the panel will be:
- Justice campaigner Carole Duggan, aunt of Mark Duggan, who recently spoke at the Centre's 'How Violent is Britain?' conference in Liverpool.
- Hannah Dee of Defend the Right to Protest.
- Fahim Alam of Riots Reframed.
The event will be chaired by activist and academic David Graeber.
