Judge refuses to allow couple to rekindle relationship

A judge has refused to lift a restraining order despite pleas from a husband and wife. The judge believes the woman's safety is at risk following a series of offences by her husband against her including assault. The woman 'says she wants to give the marriage a second chance', reports The Daily Telegraph.
