Fresh concern raised over Taser safety after seventh death in 10 years

The Independent covers the latest taser-induced death, this time in Manchester, where 23 year old Jordan Begley died in front of his mother. His employer Peter Sivori told the paper:

'He was first class, he was a good worker, a bit quietish but he was hard-working'
