‘Earn or learn’

Young people under the age of 25 will be barred from claiming benefits unless they are studying, training or finding work under measures that a Conservative Government would seek to implement should they win the General Election in 2015. The Conservatives claim that the current system leaves benefit claimants better off than those in work or who are in education, The Guardian reports.
