Dr Jason Warr is a criminologist, a lifer, and associate professor of criminology at the University of Nottingham.
He has over 30 years of personal and professional experience and has published widely on the criminal justice system of England and Wales. His primary areas of research are related to prisons and prison cultures, narratives, sensory criminology, coloniality, racism, and processes or racialisation.
