Tories to scrap Human Rights Act

The Home Secretary Theresa May has said that from now on Britain ‘should deport foreign criminals first and hear their appeal later’ with critics arguing that this is a sign that the Conservatives are ‘not interested in creating a better world’ according to The Telegraph.
