Frank Easton

Frank Easton, until retirement in 1998, was a senior manager in local government with wide ranging responsibilities for finance, human resources, IS & IT, health and safety and capital programmes.

He was the project manager for more than twenty new and refurbished libraries in Essex and was a prime mover in the establishment of a Consultative Committee for Museums in Essex and a founder member of the National Jazz Foundation Archive. In retirement he managed a refurbishment project for the Gibson Library at Saffron Walden and supported his village church, undertaking a number of fund raising and redevelopment projects.
