Dr Nigel Balmer is a principal researcher at the Legal Services Research Centre and a visiting senior research fellow at University College London.
He has a PhD from Liverpool John Moores University and is a fellow of the Royal Statistical Society. His research interests cover aspects of civil and criminal justice, and particularly access to justice.
