Police still firing Tasers at chest despite heart warning

More than half of all Taser shots by British police forces hit the target's chest, new figures obtained by The Guardian, suggest. This is despite the manufacturer's own warning to 'avoid targeting the frontal chest area near the heart to reduce the risk of potential serious injury or death'.
