Prison Policy Initiative's favourite reports of 2015

Peter Wagner and Bernadette Rabuy of the Prison Policy Initiative over in the US have compiled a list of their favourite reports of 2015. They say the chosen reports provide key research and propose reforms that could help reduce the overuse of incarceration in the US.
