The legal 'Big Bang' is just around the corner

Co-operative Legal Services plan to obtain a licence to offer legal services to non-members this October. Lord Neuberger, one of the UK's most senior judges, said that `we must be careful that the legal Big Bang does not result in an equally devastating loss of respect for the legal sector and the rule of law'.
