Clampdown on 'mooning'

Wednesday, 20 November 2013

Tory peer Lord James of Blackheart has called for a clampdown on 'mooning' after school kids exposed their backsides to him and his wife from a coach.

According to The Mirror, his comments were made during the committee stage of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill, which also discussed civil penalities for littering from cars.

Lord James claims his wife, who is a youth justice officer, said to passing police officers 'Why aren't they being brought into court? I would put them away for a year if I got them'.
