Anti-poverty forum

Thursday, 17 October 2013

On September 18, 2013 the Centre held an Anti-Poverty Forum, to discuss how the risk of poverty for people in institutional care can be reduced.

Participants included experts and organisations representing prisoners, immigration detainees, looked after children, and people with disabilities and mental health problems in institutional settings.

Dr Roger Grimshaw, the Centre's research director, gave a presentation on the emerging findings from the Centre's evidence and policy review.
