Enver Solomon
Deputy director
Enver is deputy director at CCJS and is the lead for the Centre's public affairs projects. He has previously worked as head of policy and research at the Revolving Doors Agency and as head of policy and communications at the Prison Reform Trust.
He has published work on knife crime; youth justice; crime and the media; prison policy; sentencing and recently co-authored a major analysis of the government's performance against key criminal justice targets, Ten years of criminal justice under Labour: An independent audit.
Enver regularly appears on the national and local media commenting on criminal justice issues. Prior to working on criminal justice policy he was a BBC journalist.
