Event: Launch of 'A crisis of enforcement'
Date: 17 June 2008
Organised by: Centre for Crime and Justice Studies
Location: Committee room 9, House of Commons, 4-6pm
Contact: This new report, A crisis of enforcement estimates and examines the under-reporting of deaths and injuries caused by work. It compares these figures to Home Office statistics on violent crime and argues that the chances of being victimised by death or injury
at work are far higher than being the victim of inter-personal violence.
