School for two year olds?

Baroness Morgan, chair of Ofsted, has called for children as two years of age to be enrolled at school in order to raise ‘dire’ standards of education, reports The Telegraph. Critics, such as the Save Childhood Movement which is backed by Archbishop of Canterbury Dr Rowan Williams, has claimed that this will damage children’s natural development.
