Our newest addition...

We're delighted to announce that Catherine Heard has joined the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies as Research and Policy Associate. Her main responsibility will be to lead the Centre's work on the Alternatives to Custody in Europe project. 

Catherine’s most recent position was at the Law Commission as a lawyer on the criminal team, where she led an 18 month consultation on hate crime offences and their sentencing. Catherine is a qualified solicitor and holds an LLM in human rights law.
