Esme Waterfield was the Centre's business manager until December 2017, having joined the staff team in November 2012.
She was responsible for the coordination of all the Centre’s day to day organisational functions, including facilities, office, finance and HR management.
Esme has worked in administrative roles in a number of voluntary sector organisations, several of which were concerned with mental health and disability issues.
