‘Dangerous associations: Joint enterprise, gangs and racism’, written by experts from Manchester Metropolitan University, raises serious concerns about the impact of Joint Enterprise prosecutions on the Black, Asian, and Minority ethnic communities. The report findings that give strong grounds for concluding that black people are systematically discriminated against in joint enterprise prosecutions. This is a community event open to all those in the West Midlands who are concerned about how Joint Enterprise is impacting on their community.
